Welcome Mike Murphy, AeroTEC Head of PMO

Please join us in welcoming Mike Murphy as our new Head of PMO at AeroTEC. We are excited to have found a leader whose program management expertise and leadership philosophy are a strong fit for where AeroTEC is headed.

Mike has over 30 years of experience spanning military service and commercial aerospace, leading program management organizations across some of the industry’s most complex and high-profile programs – including the world’s first VVIP 787 aircraft. He began his career as a Project Officer in the U.S. Air Force, managing defense contractors on critical nuclear detection systems and advanced microwave sensors for meteorological satellite programs. That foundation carried into a civilian career with executive PM leadership roles at Safran Aerospace, Crane Aerospace & Electronics, and Greenpoint Technologies, where he built and mentored PM teams, developed governance frameworks, and delivered programs on time and within scope for major international airlines and VIP customers.

Mike holds an M.S. in Nuclear Physics from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Notre Dame. His combination of technical depth, military discipline, and portfolio management experience will strengthen AeroTEC’s program delivery as we continue to grow.
