Washington State offers grants & tax incentives designed specifically for the aerospace industry. Washington has ranked #1 nationally in aerospace sales, exports, profits, and employment for more than a decade. There is also no corporate or personal income tax.
Incentive programs are available that support business recruitment, expansion, and retention needs, like the Governor’s Strategic Reserve Fund. The state also offers aviation companies reduced tax credits for preproduction development expenditures.

The AeroTEC Flight Test Center (AFTC) is located at Grant County International Airport (KMWH) in Moses Lake, WA. AFTC is fully equipped to host your program with minimal ramp-up time required.

KMWH provides an ideal location for year-round flight testing. Located just two and a half hours from Seattle in the semi-arid desert of Eastern Washington, the airport enjoys 350 days of VFR each year. A former military base, it is one of the largest airports in the United States with 13,500-foot and 10,000-foot runways that are as wide as 500 feet, large parking & testing areas, and low traffic.
