As Head of Operations and going on nine years with AeroTEC, Martin Tremblay describes his role as “the best job I’ve ever had. To manage a group of guys who are professionals chasing their dream and doing amazing stuff in aviation.”

Martin loves the freedom of taking on multiple tasks, constantly staying on his toes, and being challenged in every area of research and development—from wind tunnel testing to emerging technologies and supporting startup customers.

One of his most memorable projects and proudest moments was the magniX Battery-Electric eCaravan during the height of COVID-19. “We challenged ourselves and successfully proceeded with 3 successful flights for our customer” – a major accomplishment for both him and the entire AeroTEC team.
