At AeroTEC, we’re pushing the boundaries of aerospace innovation, and we need passionate professionals to join us!

Justin Morigeau has been with AeroTEC for nearly two years, initially as COO before stepping into the role of President. “In my role, I act as an overall conductor. I set clear goals and objectives, clear obstacles for the team, step into high-risk areas when needed to help close business risk gaps, but really empower the team and get out of the way so they can execute the plan.”

He values AeroTEC’s diverse projects, from special test equipment to sustainable aircraft designs, offering unique opportunities in the industry. Justin’s favorite projects have been some of the more complex programs. “It’s impressive what our people can design and build. It shows why people come here. Not many people can do stuff like what we do.”

Beyond work, Justin enjoys informal get togethers like BBQs and car shows. “Those are times when people can relax and be themselves and not being questioned about project statuses.”
