As an Aircraft Maintenance Manager with AeroTEC for five years, Daniel starts each day with a Daily Maintenance Meeting (DMM), covering safety, announcements, and program updates. “After that, it’s all about diving into the incredible projects we have at AeroTEC—whether it’s troubleshooting, testing, or innovating, every day brings a new challenge and an opportunity to push aviation forward.”

Daniel’s favorite projects to date have been the Rolls Royce 747-400 program and all of the electric flight programs. “These projects are groundbreaking, pushing the boundaries of aviation in ways no one has done before. The innovation and challenges we tackle here make every project exciting.”

One of the reasons he has stayed with AeroTEC is “the people. I work with a tight-knit team that truly supports each other. The fellowship we have is incredible—we’re not just colleagues, but a group that works seamlessly together. Outside of work, we strengthen that bond through team-building activities, which makes our collaboration even stronger on the job.
