AeroTEC Organizational Changes Announcement

We are pleased to announce a series of key organizational changes at AeroTEC that will streamline our leadership structure and help position the company for continued growth and success.

Effective immediately, Lee Human will transition from the role of President to focus solely on his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In his new role, Lee will be able to dedicate more time and energy to executing AeroTEC’s overall strategic vision and long-term goals. While Lee will be stepping back from the day-to-day operational management, we want to emphasize that he will remain deeply involved in guiding the company’s direction and supporting our teams.

Alongside this change, we are excited to announce that Justin Morigeau, previously AeroTEC’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), will step into the role of President. Justin’s extensive operational experience and leadership skills make him ideally suited to this new role, where he will continue to oversee AeroTEC’s operations and ensure the successful execution of our plans.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce several key promotions within the leadership team:

• Jeff Smale has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Jeff has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of our business, and we are confident he will drive operational excellence across the company.
• Emily Brown has been promoted to Head of Sales & Marketing. Emily’s dedication and expertise will be instrumental in further strengthening AeroTEC’s brand and market position.
• Martin Tremblay has been promoted to Head of Operations, a role in which Martin will continue to ensure smooth and effective operations across the organization.

These changes are designed to enhance the efficiency of our leadership team, better align our organizational structure with our long-term strategy, and ensure we remain agile and responsive to the needs of our clients. We believe this streamlined structure will position AeroTEC for continued growth and innovation.
