Full-time employees at AeroTEC, Inc. are eligible to enroll in the benefits outlined below. Full-time employees are those who work 30 or more hours per week. Dependents are covered up to age 26 regardless of student status. Your spouse or domestic partner may also enroll.

- Medical and Dental Insurance coverage with employee only coverage at no cost
- Two medical plans to choose from: High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
- Dental coverage with an Annual Plan maximum of $1,750.00
- Health Savings Account employer contribution regardless of employee contribution
- Vision Insurance:
- Eyeglass lenses or contacts once per 12 months; eyeglass frame once per 12 months
- Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Employer paid /$40,000
- Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance coverage for employee, spouse, and child – Coverage can be ported upon termination
- Long Term Disability Insurance coverage – paid by employer
- Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance coverage – for employee, spouse, child
- Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance coverage – for employee, spouse, child
- Can provide a lump-sum benefit to cover out-of-pocket expenses for your treatments that are not covered by your medical plan
- Voluntary Accident Insurance- Low and High plan- for employee, spouse, child:
- Provides cash benefits directly to you in cases of accidental injuries. Can be ported upon termination
- Voluntary Hospital Indemnity Insurance- Low and High plans available
- Plan provides supplemental payments directly to you for expenses that your medical plan doesn’t cover for hospital stays. You have the option
- Voluntary Pet Insurance – This benefit may be elected at any time during the year
