The scope of work included comprehensive system safety analysis, architecture review, and flight control safety analysis, along with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and certification structural assessment. Additional activities covered design for manufacturing, Human Factors (HMI) Assessments, and the development and review of aircraft- and system-level requirements.

OUTCOMES
Recommendations and deliverables included a system safety assessment, aircraft- and system-level requirements, and a manufacturing design plan. Additional outputs covered material sample and composite coupon testing, design best practices for certifiable manufacturing, and recommendations for composite certification. The effort also provided avionics systems integration guidance, along with design recommendations to address identified failure modes and fault tolerance system recommendations.
VALUE DELIVERED
Integrated aircraft and systems level requirements that drove effective design, build and test requirements. This minimized design- development loops, schedule delays and maximized test efficiency.
