SCOPE
The scope of work included a detailed technical assessment evaluating overall feasibility, technology readiness levels, and the proposed certification path. AeroTEC also performed an organizational assessment covering company structure, team capabilities, and program management maturity. In parallel, a market assessment was conducted to evaluate the competitive landscape, market size and adoption potential, and supporting infrastructure requirements.
METHOD
AeroTEC gathered data through a combination of in-person and virtual interviews with company leadership and technical staff, along with a thorough review of technical documentation. The team evaluated autonomous flight concepts, complex software integration, flight control systems, propulsion system design, and the startup’s certification plan. Business case assumptions and financial models were also reviewed.
